Responsibilities
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Providing advice about visas or passports
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Planning
• Selling holidays, tours and insurance
• Meeting profit or sales targets
• preparing promotional materials and displays.
• Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules
• Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business

Basic qualifications
• 2+ years experience with CRS preferably Amadeus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent sales attitude
• IATA Agent and other travel agent accreditations

Desired qualifications:
• A 3+ year college degree in Linguistics or others
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
• The knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus
