Wayonara’s got talents! We are looking for a smart SEO Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for executing the Search Engine Optimization strategy. You should be able to achieve our company goals working side by side with the Marketing Director. The SEO/SMO Analyst is responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for the website. The SEO/SMO Analyst manages the process of affecting the visibility of the website and its responsive mobile/tablet versions in a web search engine’s unpaid results – often referred to as “natural”, “organic”, or “earned” results. Responsibilities
• Execute digital marketing and ecommerce goals
• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing
content and uncover new opportunities
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure
of websites and web pages
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in
coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for
purposes of diagnostic reporting on marketing projects
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media
purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from
analysts and customers)
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
• Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social
communities in coordination with SEO goals
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends
and developments
• Research and administer social media tools in support of Wayonara” social media
strategy
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and
point out key areas of importance in accordance marketing goals
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search
channels
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and
results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet the goals.

Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on web/digital marketing
• Excellent B2C direct-to-consumer web marketing/ecommerce expertise and track record
• Deep knowledge of web marketing/ecommerce best practices, technologies, platforms, and tools including SEM, SEO, PPC, Social, Content Marketing, UI/UX, Ecommerce, front- and back-end web development, marketing automation, CMS, and modern B2C direct-to-consumer e-commerce
• Possesses an innovative spirit and demonstrates vision
• Capability of acquiring and analyzing complex statistical data to measure and improve the performance of web marketing and ecommerce activities
• Ability to be decisive even when confronted with limited information and to adapt quickly in a dynamic market environment
• Willing to get sleeves rolled up and hands dirty
• Outstanding communication skills and command of English (spoken and written)

Desired qualifications
• At least 3-year college degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication.
• A well organized self-starter who delivers assigned work on schedule while managing multiple tasks under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
• Self starter and proactive attitude
• The knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus
