• Manage the resource schedule for the Digital Community on a daily basis and be the first point of contact for the Delivery Managers and Product owners for their resource requests
• Hold weekly resource meetings with the Delivery and Product teams to enable short and long term resource to be allocated
• Daily check in’s with the teams to track assigned task status
• Input all weekly resource requests onto the Resource Schedule plan by the end of each week and share this with the team
• Manage ad-hoc/emergency requests
• Manage long term planning schedule with Delivery and Product teams to identify long term resource requirements on accounts and identify and highlight potential gaps well in advance
• Work with the HR department to source and manage all freelance and outsourcing requests and the induction and setup of in house freelancers
• Manage all freelance costs, including tracking spend and inputting into Project Management system
• Be commercially aware and responsible: at all times you should have a clear idea of the status of the budget of projects; WIPS should be updated weekly and any variations from budget accounted for and where possible mitigated before they happen
• Track costs on all jobs, running recons to track profitability
• Improve efficiency and organisation of the team, including reporting, improving process and developing best practice
• Manage relations with agencies

Basic qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ad trafficking role
• Be a creative thinker and possess excellent attention to detail
• Be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of DCM (or other ad servers)Have advanced knowledge of TMS tools (GTM & Signal preferred)
• Have a full understanding of ad centricHave previous experience in implementing, tracking, managing medium to large cross channel campaigns
• Possess display management capabilities and experienceIdeally have some campaign management knowledgeHave up to date knowledge of the digital industry
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft office applications, email and Internet
• Have excellent communication skills

Desired qualifications
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Ideally be educated to degree level in a Business, Marketing or IT related subject
• Ideally be fluent in an additional language
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
