Wayonara’s got talents! We are looking for a smart Online Product Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for executing the strategy of the assigned service. • Execute digital marketing and ecommerce goals of the assigned service/channel
• Take ownership of assigned traffic channels leading to the website (direct, search, social, referral) and continue to drive significant growth year over year
• Own the website, the content, it’s UI, the code, the traffic, the user experience, the funnels, the transactions, the lead gen forms, marketing automation, the results of all efforts – and prepare to modernize it for continued success
• Support the existing team of front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and work to attract, develop, and retain the best people to support our aggressive business goals
• Keep great relations with B2B2C stakeholders of the assigned service/channel
• Improve both effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing and e-commerce
• Deliver on internal/external commitments and aggressive web targets via day-to-day execution and metric-driven management of the details

• 3+ years of hands-on web/digital marketing
• Excellent B2C direct-to-consumer web marketing/ecommerce expertise and track record
• Deep knowledge of web marketing/ecommerce best practices, technologies, platforms, and tools including SEM, SEO, PPC, Social, Content Marketing, UI/UX, Ecommerce, front- and back-end web development, marketing automation, CMS, and modern B2C direct-to-consumer e-commerce
• Possesses an innovative spirit and demonstrates vision
• Capability of acquiring and analyzing complex statistical data to measure and improve the performance of web marketing and ecommerce activities
• Ability to be decisive even when confronted with limited information and to adapt quickly in a dynamic market environment
• Willing to get sleeves rolled up and hands dirty
• Outstanding communication skills and command of English (spoken and written)
• Sales attitude

Desired qualifications
• At least 3-year college degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication.
• A well organized self-starter who delivers assigned work on schedule while managing multiple tasks under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
• Self starter and proactive attitude
